Dogs

Digg.com has certainly lost a lot of what it once was (as could be expected with any mega-site), but I still browse it from time to time. Today I found this link: Dog Nearly Cries During Soldier’s Homecoming [Vid], which points to a great video of a dog’s reaction when his “dad” returns home from some sort of military duty. As is often the case with Digg, the comments are just as fun to read as the link itself, and this was especially true here. Some of my favorites:

• “Dogs=Greatest animal on earth (and I’m including humans)”
• “Cat’s reaction: ‘Meh…’ *resumes licking ass*”
• “My dog does that every single time I come home. It could be a week or 15 minutes. Doesn’t matter.” - this is true for my dogs as well
