Sunrocket is dead

Sadly, Sunrocket is dead. I loved their viop service, but randomly, they just fired all their employees and shut their doors. They have made no official announcements but no one can get in touch with them and their service goes on and off sporadically. I called their customer service line and got a creepy electronic hal-like voice message saying they were no longer taking sales or customer service calls. Very strange - I wonder if I’ll get my money back for the full year plus 3 months that I purchased? I guess I’d better call my credit card company.
